Will has been on the path of coaching and helping others long before Undefeated. He is the Son of a Golf Professional and a Minister, he is a life long athlete.
Excelling in hockey and lacrosse, Will would eventually play hockey at the collegiate level while attending Minot State University and studying Human Performance. In 2013 Will and his MSU teammates would win the program’s first National Championship. That same year Will also discovered CrossFit.
CrossFit would help Will take his final season of college hockey to a higher level. As Will studied Human Performance he was exposed to many different training methodologies from many different Strength & Conditioning Coaches including stops with Jim Frederickson from the Brandon Wheat Kings as well as Terry Hadlow from the Optimal Training academy.
Will has a passion to help clients set goals and smash them. He brings a high octane energy to everyday at the gym. He will never ask a client to do something he isn’t willing to do himself.
Will writes all of the general programming for Undefeated Health & Performance Centre. He also is the Director of our Unrivaled Athlete Development program, designed for athletes wanting to excel on the ice, field or court!
What does Will do in his spare time? Coach obviously! Will is also the Head Coach of the Vincent Massey Collegiate Boys Hockey team. He also loves to cheer on the jets with a cold one. His favourite thing to do above all else though, spend time with his girls. Wife Kelsey and dog Paisley! Nothing like a family walk and chasing the frisbee!
