At Undefeated Health & Performance, our motivation lies in our athlete’s success. You might find this hard to believe. After all, a business is created with the intention of making a profit. However, at Undefeated, we measure our profits in the achievements of our athletes, both to their fitness and their overall quality of life. We are Functional Fitness through and through. We teach constantly varied, functional movements at a high-intensity. We keep life’s distractions out of our gym. There are no TVs, no wasted time on machines and no mirrors. Rather, the machines we use are you.
We run. We squat. We press. We pull. We jump. We climb. We demonstrate that fitness is about more than just the way you look on a beach. It’s endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, coordination, balance, accuracy, and most of all, confidence in yourself.
Undefeated Health and Performance takes a stripped down, bare bones approach to fitness where aesthetics are not the end goal, they are simply by-products of the process.
Our programming principles are atypical, which makes our workouts fun and different. Workouts are most often completed within group classes, which we cap at a maximum of twenty athletes. This provides you with the attention from the trainer that is necessary for your safety and success. You will be challenged both mentally and physically in your workouts but will find a great sense of confidence with those you are working with.
