Individualized programming tailored specifically to your goals and abilities, conducted in 60 minute sessions with a qualified, educated, and experienced trainer to help ensure you are moving safely and having fun! Includes 24/7 support and additional programming specific to you and your goals. This is a great option for those who are newer or just getting started on their fitness journey, need more assistance with their form, or have less confidence in a gym setting (for now!). have access to a discounted group rates.
Similar to one on one training, but for a fraction of the price. With this option, you will be sharing your session with another person. This is a great option for those who need a little more support with a slightly lower budget. You don’t need to have the same goals to share your session either! Everything is specific to you and your gym partner and will be adjusted accordingly. Additional individualized programming is included for each person.
Share your session with 2-3 other people for an even lower cost. A great option for those who have more experience working out and need less assistance in the gym but want the accountability and enjoy working with a trainer. Additional programming outside of sessions not included.
Individualized programming tailored specifically to your goals and abilities, as well as weekly online check-ins to ensure you're on the right track. Includes 24/7 support and video analysis by a qualified trainer. Programs are updated weekly based on your results and feedback.
