
Our HYROX training program is designed for anyone looking to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness, no matter your starting point. Each session blends functional strength work, aerobic conditioning, and HYROX-style intervals in a scalable format, so beginners and experienced athletes can train side by side. Workouts focus on improving movement efficiency, stamina, and resilience using a mix of sled work, carries, running, and functional exercises. We welcome any athlete, whether you have goals of competing or just want to get a taste of what HYROX training is like.
