Kevin Beechinor has been involved in and competing in triathlon since 1989.
Watching the "IronWar" on TV as a youth inspired Kevin to get involved and
compete in the olympic distance Bridge City Triathlon event at an early age
(16). Kevin has been a member of Trifactor since 2008 competing in sprint,
olympic and long distance triathlons, including Age Group World
Championships, and many Ironman 70.3 and Full Iron Distance races throughout
North America. Kevin came to Undefeated in 2018 as an endurance athlete
looking to improve strength, resilience and prevent injury. Since then the
Undefeated Community has become a part of the extended family.
Kevin has been coaching triathlon, cycling, multisport and endurance
athletes since 2012, and has strived to continuously develop his coaching
knowledge base including completing the NCCP, Triathlon Canada and Cycling
Community Coach training pathways. Kevin is active in the triathlon
community coaching the Trifactor Triathlon Club and since 2023 has been
coaching the weekly Undefeated Endurance classes.
Kevin's approach to coaching and programming is to provide a flexible
approach to multisport training for the time limited athlete. With a
recognition that there are many priorities in life, building consistent
habits in training throughout the year that can adapt to real life is
important to maintain fitness year over year. Finding time is a big
challenge for many athletes, but with the right approach and support, we can
realize that the time we need is all around us. Consistency and support of
the community is key for development of skill, fitness and performance, as
well to build a life long love for multisport. We are Undefeated Together!
